Basic Information

5710 Crescent Park E, Playa Vista, CA 90094. Once you reach the front entrance, Press 001 on the call box for the front office to grant entry. The front office team will greet you in the lobby immediately when you enter the building.

Reveal Playa Vista is a community unlike any other, and we want to make sure you see and soak up everything during your visit! Because of that, we only offer guided tours with a member of our leasing team.

The tour typically takes 30 minutes.

During your tour, you can expect to experience the full lifestyle the community has to offer. You’ll be welcomed through the beautifully designed lobby and guided through a variety of standout amenities, including the resort-style pool, fully equipped fitness center, Gather Room, Alchemy Room, rooftop lounge, and tranquil garden spaces.

You’ll also have the opportunity to explore available one- and two-bedroom floor plans, giving you a clear sense of the layouts, features, and finishes that make these homes both comfortable and stylish.

There is guest parking upon entering the building’s garage. Anywhere space before a residential gate would be considered guest parking. Additionally, there is street parking available. Please be mindful of any parking signs for hours and street sweeping days.

Lease Terms & Fees

Yes, Lease Terms start at 3 months for the shortest and 15-months for the longest lease term allowed.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

The online residential payment portal accepts ACH, credit or debit, cashier’s check, money order, or personal check.

Yes, rent can be paid with a credit card through the resident Sentral Life App. Please note that a processing fee may apply.

Parking

No, Utilities are allocated between the 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans. Gas and Electricity is set up through LADWP and SoCal gas.

Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are billed separately through Conservice for water, sewer, gas, electricity, Porter and trash services

Yes, in addition to base rent, residents may anticipate the following monthly fees:

  • Assigned Parking – Included in the rent (one bedrooms have one assigned space; two bedrooms have a tandem space assigned), All additional spaces not assigned are a monthly fee per space

  • The House Membership– Access to the Resort or Centerpoint Club at $20 biweekly

  • Conservice Utility Processing Fee – See floor plans page for details

  • Pet Rent & Pet Screening Fees – Monthly pet rent, See floor plans page for details

  • Technology Fee – Internet – Not required, See floor plans page for details

  • Package Concierge Fee – N/A

Yes, renters’ insurance is required with a minimum liability of $100,000

Yes, all residents must maintain renters insurance throughout their lease term. You may choose any provider or visit (www.realcoverage.com) for easy enrollment.

  • Security Deposit: Contingent upon credit and income review.

Residents can submit maintenance requests 24/7 through the Reveal Playa Vista Sentral Life App., which we highly encourage.

For any life-threatening or medical emergency, always call 911 immediately.
